This is ABSOLUTELY the WORST company to buy ANYTHING from!!! My mom, brother, and I decided to get my dad a tool cart for Father's Day. My dad is very picky about the products and tools he uses, he prefers them to be made in the USA. Therefore before ordering the cart, we called to verify it was made in the USA, the representative said it was, so we placed our order online. We received the cart today only to find out it was made in China.... They have been completely rude and disrespectful with us on the phone and they refuse to refund our money. Besides ruining Father's Day for my family, they tricked us! They are refusing to take blame for their mistake and for their untrained representatives. They lied to us to make a sale and now on top of it all want us to pay the consequences. This is a dishonest company, who has no respect for people or hard work. They will cheat people out of their hard earned money. We are now speaking with a lawyer to sue this company.
