I have had poor service in the past from this business but they are centrally located and I was hoping for the best. When I tried to send an image for printing, they lost my e-mail and then told me it was my fault that the picture wasn't ready, that I had sent the image incorrectly. When I asked well why didn't you call me on the number I gave you, and he said he wasn't about to call people if there's a problem. Huh? The guy was actually yelling at me. Worst business experience I've had in years. GO ELSEWHERE
