Not Good! We switched from the Costco in Arlington after this Sam's Club was built because it was a little closer to our house. Big mistake. 2 weeks ago I tried to buy Orange Juice. It wouldn't ring up and after 15 minutes of trying to find a supervisor I finally went and found the cashier and told to forget about it. I bought an IPad last week and got home and Target had it for $60 cheaper. Sam's would not price match or take it back because I didn't have the box it came in anymore. Tried to buy wine at the self service which needed authorization to verify age. It took 10 minutes to find someone to verify our age. I asked a customer service person for help tonight. She greeted me by saying Uh Hu. That was the last straw. They don't have enough help, are too expensive, do not provide good customer service. I am going back to Costco in Arlington which is great!
