Dr. Lepannen and his staff are wonderful. Beware the bogus ratings by hopefulh (two identical bad reviews to bring down the ratings). This person probably works for Banfield and is trying to give Dr. Joe a bad rep to help their own big box clinic. Why take your pet a second hand vet doc in a box, when you can go to the best for less. Pennsylvania Vet Care has honest, highly skilled and fairly priced service. Why trust your family pet to anything less?
