After having a new water heater installed by Blau during the 4th of July holiday weekend, imagine my horror to find water again on my basement floor only one month later. It had nothing to do with the water heater which was installed nicely and fully up to code according to the City of Franklin inspector, but instead the water was from the condensation hose coupling from the central air unit. The Blau repair man was able to quickly and effectively replace the part, and everything is again working fine. Thankfully I discovered the leak soon enough to avoid another wet carpet disaster. I will call Blau whenever I need plumbing or HVAC service in hte future.
