I have been going to Stone water for a few years now and most of the staff is very friendly and kind and the spa is clean and attractive looking. That said, I went in to do a laser treatment with Steph and she seemed "keyed" up and very chatty (overly) and proceeded to tell me how she had burned a past client and how another went away very red (creating major anxiety in me) as you may sign a sheet to tell you the dangers beforehand but you really don't want to hear about it as you are going through it over and over. I had originally scheduled chest, face and hands (very important as I'm getting married) but she told me she now couldn't do all areas and I would have to reschedule my hands. Needless to say, she either never turned it up high enough or targeted the whole area as my face had no peppering and then I started to notice the permanent red marks and red spider veins that were developing around my nose and cheeks (still there btw.) I called about this to tell the staff what had happened and all they could say was it was probably the wrong treatment for me??? A few weeks prior to this I had also did my lips with Juividerm and also my nasal folds. I noticed a funny unsymmetrical look to my left side of my face so I called and went in to have some of the juivederm taken out of the left side of my lips with saline. It was then that I lost movement of my left side of my mouth. I went to another doctor and she didn't want to make things worse so told me I should wait the 9 mons. until everything wears off to see if it doesn't go away. Also, my nasil folds look insanely uneven. I actually hate the way I look now and feel very self continuous when I smile now as I look as if I had a stroke. So I paid 1300 dollars to feel this way and I also developed three cycles in a row of cold soars (never happened before) So I called to let the doctor know with no call back or any concern from the spa. HUGE sign that as soon as they got my money that's where the care and concern dropped.
