After over 7 wonderful years of having Sarah attend Tot Spot in Macedon, we have come to crossroads at which we have made the difficult decision to move our daughter, Sarah, to a private daycare setting in order to maintain her 1:1 care status. This letter is to provide you with our 2 weeks' notice. Sarah's last day at Tot Spot will be Friday, November 8th.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support over the 7-year period. We are so very grateful for the high level of care and professionalism exhibited by the staff for Sarah and her special needs. There has been nothing more reassuring for us than to be able to place our confidence in your staff and know that Sarah would be welcome, happy, and comfortable at Tot Spot. She truly enjoys her routine and is happy to arrive and see familiar, smiling faces each day. She (and we!) have made many friends and will miss seeing everyone so frequently.
Thank you both for maintaining such a great program. As I've told you in the past, your facility is always the one I recommend to friends seeking daycare. Continue the great work - there's no place out there like Tot Spot!
