Review content:
I cannot tell you how absolutely RIPPED OFF we feel after our visit last weekend. My puppy had a UTI, and I knew exactly what it was and that she simply needed an antibiotic, but unfortunately I missed my vet's Saturday hours by 10 minutes so had to go to this clinic. What would have taken 15 minutes and a reasonable fee at my vet took 3-4 HOURS at this place and cost us nearly $300! Although the clinic is brand new, and very clean, and the staff is nice, they must be far understaffed (who knows, really - you never see anyone except the receptionist who disappears for 15 minutes at a time, not her fault, I guess). And they have some strange policies - one being they take your pet into the back and leave you in an exam room alone for an hour while they do...what???? who knows? A normal vet sees you and your pet TOGETHER in the exam room. I was very uncomfortable with that part. I cannot tell you how many frustrated people were out in that waiting room - no one was happy. And when the technician did come out to talk to someone, it was always to go over an ENORMOUS bill or estimate for treatment. I was shocked to overhear the amounts they were asking these people to pay. On top of all that, after I paid them their outrageous $300 fee for a urine sample and antibiotic, it took them another 1/2 hour to bring my puppy back out to me. WHAT WERE THEY DOING BACK THERE???? I hope there is a better alternative in the area for ""emergency"" vet services, because I will never ever go back there if I can possibly help it.
