We hired Michael when we seriously were in trouble. My BK case was dismissed once and I had a very persistent and abusive creditor with endless money to spend. The creditor was using every single trick in the bankruptcy book to drag and dismiss the case. We went to Michael's office and hired him after we washed our hands from our previous 2 attorneys and when we left his office the same day, both I and my wife felt very safe and confident. He handled 3 witness depositions, Interrogation and all other curved balls thrown at us by the creditor during the adversary process and got the best result possible. Yes, he did win the case and we are grateful for his services. He is very professional, frank and straight to the point. He answers to all of your questions via phone or email and advises you through the process. I will highly recommend his services. I am guessing whoever is reading this review is in legal battle so I will advise two things. First, you need to follow up and be on top of your case and inform your attorney of all the facts and second hire Michael to get your ship to the harbor.
