WORST SALON I HAVE EVER BEEN TO! I went in for full highlights and left with brassy, damaged, broken hair, and a burn on my scalp from the bleach (which is not supposed to touch your head). I called them the day after and after being re-assured by the receptionist and one of the owners that I would be taken care of and be 100% satisfied, they had the other owner (the wife) call me back. She talked to me like I was an idiot! Telling me that I had an allergic reaction to the dye, because "I'm just not used to using high quality products!" Are you freaking kidding me?!?! How did she know what products I was using?!? Also, she told me that I should come in and let her look at my hair to see if they can fix it. And that if they could fix it, I would have to sign a waiver, bc they could further damage my hair! Well, its been 6 months since, and I am now a brunette thanks to all the damage and broken hair that Brittany gave me :(
