House of Adjustments is the collection agency I work with for account collection needs. They are tailored for all business types. I am a small business, and they do a great job with my accounts. I didn't want to hire a collection agency that would be rude or unprofessional with my clients, and House of Adjustments has been neither of those things. They are effective while still being respectful and professional in both their phone calls and written correspondence. I have actually had clients remark on this after they have settled their overdue accounts.
