Review content:
Cracked the screen on my HP notebook at Barne's n Noble last night. [ I forgot to zip my case :( ]. Called them next morning and they had the screen in stock and said to come drop if off and it would be ready in a few days. When I got there, Mark told me if I could hang out for about 20 minutes that he could do it on the spot. WOW! I ran down the street to Starbuck's and by the time I was back it was done! All this while they were in the middle of remodeling! Thumbs way up!
