Review content:
My 2 year old ripped about 10 keys off my Toshiba. I put all the pieces I found in a ziplock and took it to them. They told me a new keyboard would run me about $99 but the technician Stephan said he would try to put my old ones on first. About 15 minutes later he came back and had all but the ENTER key back to normal. I was happy he got that much done so fast, but he asked if I could wait a few more minutes. "Sure?"Well he found a broken machine in their junkyard with a good ENTER key and put that on for me as well. When I asked how much I owed them, he said "NOTHING!" He wouldn't even let me pay for the part that wasn't mine. I was so thrilled I dropped a $20 in the tip jar and forgave my son!
