If I thought the guys at Mr. Notebook were really that swamped, I could forget they take two weeks to do a 15-minute simple solder job. But, no matter how pleasant I am, they are perpetually pissed off - just plain old bad attitude.\r

Learn some retail skills, guys - it's like acting....even if you a.) don't want to be there, or b.) you feel like crap that day, or c). the dorks in the back won't cooperate with you or d) you effin' HATE your customers (seems like the case), then just pretend you're Denzel or Brad, plaster a fake smile on your face and go out there and ACT like you're happy to see us.
