Review content:
We had a terrible experience. Salesman was not at all knowledgable. He was completely unable to answer our questions. He also left us twice to go meet other customers at the door. The second time, he never returned. Another employee approached us, but didn't let us finish describing what we wanted, just went and grabbed 2 random samples, then wandered away. After five minutes of being ignored, we left. Neither employee we had talked to spoke or even acknowledged us as we left the store. Very frustrating and unprofessional.
