Review content:
Solvit Home Services turned an unpleasant experience into a more pleasant experience. I was unlucky enough to have to use them a couple of times during the same week. I think my house was staging a revolution, so there was a lot of stuff for them to do. Both the technicians that came out were very nice and very helpful people, and the people on the phone were particularly friendly.
They told me they would be here between eleven and one. When it got to be about 11:15 am, I got a phone call telling me the tech had been caught up in the job he was doing before me. They said the window would be more like twelve to one, but that I was the next in line. Certainly that type of thing happens all the time in their business, but it was really nice to get a call telling me that they would be here during the later portion of the window.
It's unfortunate in this day and age that it doesn't seem that companies care about good customer service from beginning to end. Most companies don't seem to care about the little things, but Solvit did. I thought they did a good job. I was happy with their service, and I consider myself a fairly picky consumer. They made me laugh about the problems going on with my house, and that made the experience better!
