Review content:
For 1st time in 18 years I had to call back for a re-do of some places on my carpet. I have only used Teasdale for last 2 years. Probably not again. On re-do I had ask the gentleman not to put the hot water hoses on my nice lawn as in the past that harms the lawn. He said when it is cool and wet out that should never happen. Come and look ay my lawn today, 1 week later. I understand and can appreciate the passion in which the re-do tech was explaining things, however, after about 45 minutes of talking, I had the impression he was implying that I should stick to what I know best and I should the carpet cleaning to the pros. Please don't insult someone's intelligence. First re-do in 18 years. I get carpets cleaned about every 6 months. Enough said !
