I called Steve early in the week and told him that I was going to be driving through town on that Friday. I gave him the info on a truck that I was interested in, which was not on the lot, but he assured me that he could get the truck brought in. \r
I arrived Friday afternoon, and my trade-in was evaluated quickly. Steve sent me trade-in information via a text message later that afternoon. Steve got the new truck in over the weekend, and I returned on Monday to complete the paperwork. \r
I believe that I paid a fair price and received a fair value on my trade-in, all without the difficulty of back and forth negotiations. Everyone at the dealership was friendly and helpful. This is the experience that everyone wants when purchasing a new vehicle, no hassles and stress free. Thanks to everyone for your help on this.
