I had a groupon for this company and everytime I go the staff is very kind. However, I waited nearly 2 hours for a simple oil change (with an appointment and was on time). None of my fluids were refilled whatsoever. I guess the savings was good but the time you have to wait is a little ridiculous. I would say they need to hire more experienced techs as well as have them speed up the process. One other complaint is the follow up. I was thinking to have a few things done extra there so I requested a quotation to be emailed. I waited a few weeks and still heard nothing so I emailed again. Still no response, as a manager of customer service and sales this is sad to see a business not care to put their customers first. RESPONSE FROM Peterson Auto & Truck: Brandy, First,thank you for choosing us. We do appreciate your business. I am a disappointed that you state your fluids were not filled. Had you called, I would have handled this immediately. However, I have pulled your account and now know who to go to, ensuring this WILL NOT happen again. We have been extremely busy, and a typical oil changes does not take long. With the Groupon you receive an Oil Change Package. (much more then your ordinary oil change.) This does take longer, I do apologize you feel it was not fast enough. In regards to your email quote request, we typically do not email quotes. The service manager thought he could do this fairly easy, but I was later informed that he was unable to complete this task. (thanks to your review) I do appreciate your feedback as it helps the company grow and perfect smaller imperfections. If you have additional groupon's for us, I hope you will give us another shot, as we do not conduct business with this sort of customer service and of course, we are only a phone call away. We welcome all customers old and new to contact us with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their vehicle and repairs done. Thank You for your time.
