I called about having a stump removed. Got the answering machine so i left a message saying they should answer their phones if they want more business. They returned my call by finding my number from the caller ID. The guy i spoke to was drunk. After getting fed up listening to him as i tried to explain i was on another call he got belligerent and started swearing at me threatening me. I just hung up but they called back approximately 15 times within 5 minutes after which i finally answered again and told them if they called me again i would call the police for harassment. Then someone "else" called me from the same company saying they were someone else(customer service) when it was obvious it was the same person on a different phone. After 10 minutes of telling him i was not interested I called the police and am filing a harassment complaint against them. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone. Avoid them at all costs unless you like being cursed and threatened.
