This company lacks customer service acumen. Due to a communication error, I terminated services with them where I told them to wait until a certain time when I was home for the first cleaning to build a rapport with the cleaners and give instructions. My husband was at home working and let the cleaners into the home. Instead of being extremely apologetic about the communication error between the two of us the regional manager and Knoxville manager proceeded to argue with me for a continued period of time and repeatedly negate their apology by explaining why I was wrong given that I did not understand the industry standard for entering a persons home. In this day in age where everything is automated and customization to the clients needs are repeatedly overlooked, customer service and the ability to relate to the client is important to building trust with a company that will be entering your home, personal space and having access to things that are important to the home. Even though they may have background checks and be a well known company, I still feel it is necessary to engage in relationship building to gain the client's trust. Unfortunately, due to communication errors and the company's failure to acknowledge my point of view, I would not recommend using their service. I know the company will respond and I just caution interacting with them since they were not customer centered in their interactions with me.
