Save your money and your frustration…go to another salon. This place overcharges for service and provides sub-par service. I went there years ago and have had family members go there. Most recently, my sister teenage sister called and asked for a trim. She was given an appointment with a “master” stylist without being told and was charged $60 for a TRIM! When brought to the management’s attention, their solution was to give her a $10 credit. What a joke! My mom recently paid $140 for highlight and had to go in multiple times before the girl actually made it look acceptable. Not to mention the $350 my mom was charged for a Keratin treatment which didn’t even work. The owner’s son, Alan, is very quick to become defensive and accusatory. When I brought my family’s recent experiences to his attention via Facebook he called me the “mouthpiece” for my family and became very rude. That is NOT how you treat people or customers. It’s obvious that he likes to say how they have been in business for 39 years…well after his father (the owner) was caught under-reporting the salon’s profits by nearly $1 million dollars, it’s a wonder how they have stayed in business. They are crooks and will try to take as much money from people without giving them quality service. The salon and its owners are a joke! I think the story on ABC speaks for itself as far as the business practices of this "high end" salon! http://abc30.com/archive/7260250/
