I was suckered into paying them $20 for their supposed "knowledge and experience" factor which was actually the total opposite.Their $20 testing price probably equates to 5 to 10 MAX minutes of work for the owner i believe who claimed to know or own this specific guitar processor I was paying them to test. As i dropped it off to the store, they just lay it down out in the open under their guitar inventory rack carelessly without putting it in the back of the store. Some little kid could have been in the store and touched my lovely processor. Not only that but they never called to let me know it was ready. I just dropped in and no one there could tell me anything about the outcome of the test. No notes left by the person who allegedly tested it or anything. After I go in yet again to confront them all they could say was there was a buzzing sound and led me to believe there was something wrong with it. They offer me a few guitar picks as compensation after i voiced my frustration of wasting $20 which is more than two hours of work money wise for me. After I picked up my processor I get it home, hook it up directly to my studio monitors and the sound is amazing and has been amazing for the past 6 months. No buzzing, did I mention buzzing was the only thing they really told me about it. I paid $20 for them to mislead me as far as im concerned. I don't even get a im sorry, or would you like $10 in credit towards your next purchase. This is after I spent $100 on a beat up ESP, and purchased an epiphone amp from them that had a failing power cable (which i replaced myself). Take all these things into account before going there.
