Call out Rotor Rooter for a whole house drain back-up. Response was quick. Tech # 1480 was very professional and knowledgeable. Although unable to clear the clog, he was able to locate it by camera and discovered that roots entered the pipe on the county side. He gave us extensive job description on the receipt that is helping us make a claim for reimbursement from the county. Thanks Humberto! You made an unpleasant situation much better.\r
