We have been using Kingwood Service Center for over 18 years. The continuity of the management team and their philosophy in running a business has led to a remarkable consistency in quality and customer service. When skilled technicians leave (for whatever reason), comparably skilled replacements have been identified and have continued the highest level of quality and service without skipping a beat. No job is too small or too big. And, customers are treated with respect - no question is silly; and on complicated matters, the Service Advisers strive to explain the situation and pragmatic, realistic alternatives in simple-to-understand terms. They will tell you forthrightly what you need to know, even it may be what you are not looking forward to hearing. The labor rates are comparable to market rates, that is, what it takes to attract and retain high quality technicians; but the diagnosis and follow-up within a business model that strives for and delivers results with integrity and reliability separates Kingwood Service Center from the rest. If you are a first-time, give them a try...they will not disappoint.
