Though not initially offered an appointment on the morning\day of my first choice the staff worked me into the afternoon of the requested day. They also offered & sold me a good value multiple oil change package that incl. a couple of tire rotations & 6 oil changes for the price of 5 though I did have to decide between the offer I had for wiper blades for no. 6 oil change in-lieu (I thought both should have been honored). Comfortable, clean waiting area replete with cold water dispenser & free snacks (chips, crackers, nut mix pkgs, etc.) and clean restroom too. Also performed without being requested a no extra charge vehicle fluid test and air filter check, and requested tire pressure & requested wiper fluid reservoir checks, also at no charge. I would have awarded 5 stars if the wiper blades had been included as expected.
