Terrible experience with the leasing office. Unprofessional!!! Very unorganized!! Dishonest!\r

The corporate office should consider replacing Tiffany Queener and Betty Upshaw those two woman are very dishonest.. I believe working in customer service being unprofessional is not good customer service. The residents are the reason this community stays active. SO TREAT THE RESIDENTS WITH RESPECT!! I can not wait for my lease to be up if these two people are still within this community I will not re sign my lease. After speaking with several different residents they feel the same way and I'm sure residents will and need to start voicing their opinions. PLEASE RESEARCH BEFORE SIGNING A LEASE AT THIS COMPLEX. The grounds and apartments are beautiful but once you meet the leasing office staff that beauty turns UGLY.. AIMCO DO SOME INVESTIGATION OF YOUR STAFF...
