We moved here back in Mar and needed new living room furniture we looked everywhere and ended up at RC Willey right by the house (should have stopped there first and saved the time) We didn't have alot of budget to spend but found something that we like. Well 3 months later it looked like we had had it for 5yrs and I noticed that it was ripped in the seam on the loveseat. I called them and since I didn't get the fabric protection and it was past the time frame for returns but they would send the repair dept out to look at it. They came out and the outfit we got the company had gone out of business and that he would write it up as defective so we could exchange it. I went in and found something else and could afford something for more now. It was delivered and the love seat had a defect in the micro fiber and sagged to one side when ya sat on it they gladly got me a new one. I have always had excellent service when I have been in there and just purchased a new mattress there today. Will
