In my experience with Dominion Fences and Dennis Rampersaud, I have found him to be an absentee contractor, as he disappears after the job starts and his workers are on their own ( as are the people who hire him). He frequently doesn't return calls, either. He was cooperative about having all the mistakes and mess ups fixed eventually. Dennis is Definitely not even an adequate contractor. The persons who hire him have to do the checking on his worker's work because Dennis isn't going to do it.
