Review content:
Staff member knew it was my first time and had me start my first session at the maximum time- thought she knew what she was talking about so I did fifteen minutes. Was very badly burned and mussed over a full week. Asked to simply have another week added to my on month package since I just wanted what I paid for. Could not get a hold of the manager and when I finally did she did not so much as apologize or offer to make it right. I will never return worst experience ever.
