New manager is nice but doesn't know what she's doing. We had a leak that I pointed out during an inspection. Two weeks go by and nothing. So I call back and was told "well, it wasn't leaking while we were there so I didn't put an order in". WHAT?! Our bedroom window came off of the balance, so we called to have an order put in. Two days later, we come home to a report that Window Needs New Balance....they did not replace the balance. The maintanence man is rude and disrespectful, not to mention LAZY (the manager is at least nice and polite). And they will raise the rent every time you sign a new lease, to "keep up with value", but $600 is a little high for toe houses that seem to be falling apart. If you get lucky enough to not need maintanence or if you're a handy person, this may be the place for you, but if not RUN!
