Stay away! I'm currently living here and we are counting the day till we can move, though I'm not looking froward to what kind of crap they are going to put us through when we move. This place is horrible worst apartment I have ever lived in. Way over priced and yes some of the management have attitudes. I have a bottom apartment and I can hear every little sound from my neighbor. I can even tell when they are using hot or cold water! And yes we can hear them using the restroom! As far as maintenance they haven't ignored us but they don't fix things correctly they spent way to much money and time on a shower door but won't fix the washer that leaks. And the maintenance girl wanted to argue with us in my living room, I had to tell her to stop, and leave! In the winter is very drafty the management even told us the buildings were designed and meant for Arizona so they do not fair well in our cold environment. Bottom line no matter what deal they offer you on move in don't take it go somewhere else.
