I visited this shop to get an estimate for making a couple of banners for a canopy I plan to set up at some local fairs. Both over the phone when I called, and in person when I visited the shop, the staff seemed knowledgable and interested in meeting my needs. Prices seemed to be pretty fixed for the small order I was placing, so I did not attempt to negotiate down the quote I received. The fellow who provided me the estimate also said that the turnaround time for my order would be about two days.
