Very Unhappy. We have been there before for oil changes and minor things. This time I took my Jeep in for a rattling noise. They said it was an easy fix with the power steering and a flush. It would take an hour and a half to fix it!!! TWO DAYS LATER I still have NO CAR!!!!! First it was the parts place sent the wrong part, then one of the people went out and got another part, still didn't work. They put it back together and had my husband drive it home and told us to come back the next day. Next day it was there by 7am. I called at 8:30 and they said they would get me in in a FEW HOURS and call. HOURS LATER NO CALL AND NOT DONE. We called and they were again waiting for a part. WHY aren't they following up with the parts people. They said they would have it by 2:30 and have it done and call by 5. AT 7:00PM no call. We called. They said they had the part, put it on and it BURNED UP!!! My husband asked them to put it together, we wanted our money back and we would take it elsewhere.....THEY SAID THEY COULDN'T PUT IT TOGETHER BECAUSE THEY LOST THE PART TO EVEN PUT IT BACK TOGETHER!!! REALLY!!!! Promises it will be done today!!! I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND WE WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!
