I had previously brought in my 2011 Lexus for them to change out my summer tires to winter tires. It was great,"" I thought."" Then it was time to switch them out again because summer was here. I thought it was another great service, until I paid a visit to the Lexus dealership and there they pointed out that one of my center caps for my rim was broken!\r
I called Ashwaubenon Tire and I brought this to the attention of the person on the phone, but they simply stated that it was not their fault , and above all, the technician that was changing out my tires almost cut his finger because of ""my broken center cap""! I couldn't believe what I was hearing because I had just bought the car late last year and kept it garaged every time. I'm a car guy myself so I pay close attention to the details of my car. At least tell me the truth and don't lie to me! Jeez. I would've bought a new one on my own!\r
I give this place a 2 thumbs down and do not recommend this place to anyone who has an expensive car. Do not bring it here!
