I had an appt for 8am. They showed up almost an hour late. No one called to tell me they would be late. When the guy got there and I asked where he had been and why he didn’t call as I was on a tight schedule and moving out of state, he got frustrated and said "well I can just leave, I don’t have to take this crap" and copped a big attitude. He continued to argue with me about how he had been there since 8am, when in reality he was at the wrong building. I called the owner/his boss and he basically blew me off. He stated the address was written down incorrectly and "stuff happens" and to "get over it". There was never an apology from either person. That is all I wanted, just an apology for the error. This is a newer company in town and my mother uses them exclusively to clean her own apt. buildings as the price is fair and the work is decent; however, she will not anymore. I am appalled by the lack of care and concern for their customers. I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the lackluster attempt they made at cleaning my carpet as well as the terrible service.
