Referred by a friend, I was a little apprehensive about hiring movers for the first time. Their online ratings were helpful in pushing me over the edge, and in the end I can't imagine ever making a move without a company as efficient and professional as these guys. No doubt American Choice Van Lines was exactly the company I was looking out for.
The woman on the phone Crystal, I believe was very helpful, informative, knew what she was talking about, and got me a move date and estimate that was accurate and itemized. It was a pleasure. She sent out an information packet as promised and had been clear on all the steps and responsibilities. She also agreed to provide me with an all inclusive price which would not increase and had no hidden charges.
When the movers arrived (I'll have to look up their names) on July 4th, they started immediately and had me moved from to Florida in less than 8 hours. I still have not found anything damaged and they even helped me move a few larger pieces of furniture out to the curb for pickup. It was a very positive experience which left me elated. This might be my first 5-star review.
I would like to also thank you and the boys who came bye for all the effort and hard work they put in and made this shift a very please memory. God Bless you all and you must continue working in the same manner.
