Review content:
We've just returned from Valentine's weekend at the Windsor Court where our package included dinner at the Grill Room. I had always heard good things about the restaurant but had never been there prefering places in the Quarter.
We had the absolute worst service we have ever had at an upscale restaurant. In fact, it was probably in the top ten of the worst service we've ever had at any restaurant.
We were given menus and the wine list. Ten minutes later someone came by and we placed a wine order but were told the bottle was sold out. Another FIFTEEN minutes passed before a different someone finally came to our table and that was only because I got up and asked the hostess if we were going to be waited on that night.
Pros: Elegant Room
Cons: Service, Service, Service
