I purchased 3 new tires in March 2014 and 1 new tire the month prior from J&J's Muffler Tire Shop. My car had a shake in the steering wheel; therefore, I took it back to get the front two tires balanced. The tech ask to see my receipt and I provided that to him and so he left and went outside to go and talk to the manager and then he came back to tell me that they were going to charge me 18 per tire for balancing. I told him that it wasn't right becomes my tire was only two months old and I decided to leave and then I overheard the manager ask him what was the problem and I stopped and said I can tell you what the problem is and he got rude with me and said he was talking with the tech in a very harsh manner and I asked him was getting smart with me and he walked off. He never came to talk to me about the situation but sent the tech back out to talk to me, I have never been so disgusted in my life. That was unprofessional and a total rip off. I paid at least 450.00 total for 4 brand new tires within 3 months well at least they said that they were new and when I tried to get a balance they told me that I did not have a warranty but when I purchased the tires they told me I did. I would not recommend purchasing tires or any services from them due to them providing false information and the unprofessional service that they provided.
