Review content:
On Mothers Day, I was appalled at how horrible 4 graves of our family appeared. They looked like heaps of dried mud. I went into office and was told a work order would be written. Norma said ""I will call you next week."" After 10 days, I called her. she said Nothing was done. They are so busy. I asked when they could clean up my Moms grave. she thought by Fathers Day. No joke. THIS IS SO CALLED PERPETUAL CARE. ITS NO CARE.\r
Her unveiling was Oct 2013. Not one thing was done to care for our 4 graves. The veil from the unveiling was still lying there. Disgrace.\r
I returned from Florida end of April,so this was my first visit to my Moms grave. The appearance there made my Mothers Day much more difficult for me.\r
I received 6 calls in Fl. for solicitation to buy plot for me by Norma and Evan. Neither has called me lately regarding my complaint. There are many resting places in Phila area. Perhaps this one is too busy to maintain their property.\r
