Day shift nurses and techs never initiated or asked me what I need. Such as linen change and pain and nause meds. Day shift nurse Radon pushed my IV phenergan too fast and my IV infiltrated. I believe him and other day shift was on 5/22. My evening shift nurse Jesnna was the best. Checked on me constantly asked if I needed any meds. I will only use this facility because of surgeon Dr. Veninga, he is too notch and focuses on me and takes whatever time neede. If my mom would not have stayed with me I wouldn't have had my needs met she made sure to get my meds and changed my gown and linens. I am a retired RN so I understand being busy but don't tolerate being ignored which is what Jody/Ranfdon did on my day time stay. Also when it was time for discharge I requested pain and nause meds, due to my long drive to Denton. She said she wasn't allowed to give me anything. This is before IV was removed and discharge insructions were given. Very disappointed with all floor personnel except for Jeanns. I was in room 343 from 5/21-5:23.
