Review content:
The first cleaning Sandoval Housekeeping did on my 3 bed 2.5 bath townhome was excellent. Since then the quality has drastically dropped. When I called to let her know that the quality was poor (my house smelled like bleach and there was dust everywhere) she said she was trying something different and said I guess you didn't like it. No I didn't. I was willing to give her another try. She usually sends a text message to remind me she is coming, well she forgot and so did I. That day I was having the air ducts cleaned out. I told her that day wouldn't work and it was a hassle trying to arrange a different day for her to come. I was fed up with the poor customer service and average cleaning job. My schedule at work has now changed so I now have time to clean my own house and told her I wouldn't need her services anymore. I just needed her to drop off my key. I even offered to pay her to bring my key back. She is avoiding my calls and won't respond to my text messages. My boyfriend called her and she said she would be by some time this week. Well no surprise that hasn't happened. It shouldn't take nearly 2 weeks to get my key back. I have changed my locks.
