A VERY UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE!! The clerk refused to ship my package (a box inside a box with paper packing), stating ""it was too loose"", unless I gave her $$$ to repack it. Inside the inner box was a defective auto part (a starter). I had a prepaid shipping label from the manufacturer for the return. FedEx HAD ORIGINALLY SHIPPED THE PACKAGE TO ME days prior, and THAT WAS PACKED HORRIBLY, with the inner box sliding from end to end in the outer box. I used a different, smaller outer box WITH PACKING so the starter in the inner box moved only because of its weight. FedEx IS FULL OF IT AND LOST A CUSTOMER FOR A FEW BUCKS AND THEIR LIES!
