I rarely give feedback, but I will here only because I LOVE YOU GUYS! I rented w/you the last 2 weekends both in San Diego.\r
Your servicing is quicker than most, and I used for the 1st time, the self-serve machine which was easy, worked well, and off and running!\r
I was in a hurry and your shuttle was there also, as he waited for me as he saw me running to catch it at the Alamo location; AND, he waited w/a smile!!\r
Your people behind the counter did not pressure me to take the insurance. I hate that w/the other rental companies; AND, your choice of compact vehicles were fabulous for the price!!\r

If I had to give a negative I will say, on both weekends when I arrived at the airport, the Alamo shuttle was the last to arrive. In one case, the Hertz shuttle came twice and left.\r
I will accept that 100x over for all the rest of the positive you provide.\r
