I am all for supporting small businesses and went with Floorcrafters after receiving an excellent referral. Ed was very attentive and responsive during the estimate process. That all changed once he cashed our deposit check! We had to hound him to find out when they would start the work. He did not return calls or emails. It took multiple attempts to reach him. \r \r Make sure you do your research about what your floors will look like refinished with no stain v. stain. He is the pro but never goes over different finishes with you and how different the color changes after sanding. We originally did not want stain assuming that the floors would not look drastically different from their honey color. Good thing we went over there after they were sanded and saw that they would actually be a light blondish gray color. \r \r He also does not abide by his estimates/contracts that he has customers sign. We wanted a specific design done to cover an old floor furnace that was not done and specificall
