This is the worst apartment complex in San Diego. The administrative staff is rude, condescending, and unhelpful. The maintenance staff is also poor. They are wasteful and lack decent landscaping skills. My bathroom sink overflowed with sewer water contaminating the entire bathroom. The cabinets smell of sewer and yet the apartment people will not replace the cabinet. You are paying an outrageous amount for weak services. The complex is 20 years old, with 20 year old appliances and fixers. It is so inefficient. It is freezing in the winter and scorching in the summer because the insulation is inexistent. The dials on the stove have been worn down, so you cannot read the dials. The windows are thin and there is an open space where a trash compactor once was. It is not a sound structure either. You can hear through the walls. There is always a pounding/stomping sound as a result of the movement of tenants in the above apartment. If you want to go to sleep at a reasonable h
