I have used Arrow many times over the years and I have never had a problem. I recently used them again on 5/2014. I needed 6 tiered tea food serving trays plus several other items, No one else in town had any tea food servers at all. They went so far out of their way to accomodate me I was in shock! They were able to get all 6 for me even though this isn't a item they keep in stock!!!! I got very personal service and I was treated with respect. I've been to other places and I was made to feel like I wasn't important, I was left standing waiting for 30 min for some snobby salesperson to finally help me. Do not listen to the bad reviews.
