PLEASE READ: DO NOT LEASE FROM VIVIANI; BREAK INS AND INFESTATIONS\r \r If I could rate with negative stars, I would...\r \r That being said, Viviani Apartments and their staff do nothing but lie. From bug infestations, filthy move in conditions, and frequent break ins, Viviani's got it all. \r Above all else, it is NOT SAFE.\r \r I lived in my apartment for less than a week when it got violently broken into. The door kicked down and everything I owned rummaged through. After seeking help from police, and non stop calling Viviani's emergency numbers, the Maintenance man finally arrived to "fix" my door. Apparently not being able to secure your door is not an emergency, so be sure to say you have an uncontrollable water leak, you may get a response. \r \r After 3 days, the door was still not fixed because management neglected to take responsibility for the damages and opted not to fix the door. I no longer felt safe in my home and was not comfortable staying in an unsafe environment. Even after
