Review content:
My family moved had to sign a lease for the Plainview Apts prior to moving to Louisville - so basically it was sight unseen. Not only was the apartment filthy when we arrived, but several things were broken (dishwasher, dryer vent, faucets, etc). We were told they would be fixed right away. Four months later, we are still waiting for some repairs. Management ignores us. Last night, I was up watching the building right next to ours burn down. It is apparently the second fire at these apartments in the last year (the first on destroyed a building on another side of us). Needless to say we are moving ASAP! I would advise people to look elsewhere for a home. This place isn't safe, nor do they take care of you.
