Carr's Rug Cleaning and Bob himself do a great job at meeting customers needs and providing thorough results that leave you feeling re-assured. In regards to the service I received with them, they did everything the way they said it would be and when it came down to the final paperwork at the end it was spot on with what the quote stated. They were also very prompt and professional in their service, along with thorough and persistent in their dealings with me and the price point. All my questions were answered in a timely manner they left me feeling re-assured about the work done. Bob obviously knows the product and quality very well and that made our conversations very open, personable and honest and that made me feel very good about hiring him. Going forward in the future, I would absolutely use Bob and his company again and I have already recommended them to several other friends in the area looking for carpet replacement. These guys are great!
